On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Shiny dark red coloured, medium sized pinkish head, sour cherries in the nose. Sour cherries, light yeasty and mild fruity taste with light metallic touch in the finish. Pleasant but not great.

Yesterday. Impressed with this one! Deep funk even though it’s young. Grapefruit, autumn apples and minerals. Need to get some more to age.

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of dry tart funk, white grape, barnyard, horseblanket, old hops and grainy malt. Taste has dry funk, white grape, fluid barnyard, old hop, citrus, some green apple, funky bitter orange and horseblanket. The brett is strong in this one, like the white grape too. Good lambic.

750ml bottle via Etre. It pours bright cherry red with a thick, long lasting fluffy pink - white head. The aroma is fresh and bright, juicy and tart, crazy fruity, lovely cherry vibes, cherry pie, jam, victoria sponge cake, granny smith apple and sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, snappy, juicy, bright, zingy, puckering, so much damn cherry, cherry pie, touch of jam, dull almond, granny smith apple, light acidity, sherbet, sour candy and dry wood with a crisp finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. So bright and fresh. Tart and fruity. Quenching and incredibly moreish.

Bottle via Etre Gourmet. It pours very handsomely.... clear gold with a lasting, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, fragrant, funk, zingy, lemon - lime, grapefruit, sherbet, refreshers, white grape and gooseberry. The taste is crisp, dry, bright citrus fruits, lemon, lime, pomelo, grapefruit, sherbet, refreshers, tart and puckering, snappy, light acidity, gooseberry, white grape, hay, wood and mellow funk with a dry, citrussy finish. Medium body, and lovely effervescent lively carbonation. Bottle condition and appearance are beautiful. Has quite a unique citrus character to it. Fun stuff.

Hazy vibrant red purple with a pink head. Aroma of tart cherry, glue notes and lemon with a nice light funk. Flavour is above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

At Van Moll corona fest. Bright red color, no head. Aroma is sourness and red fruit. Flavor is similar. Good, well balanced. Towards my sourness limit, but just within, so I like it. Lovely.
