Bottle shared. Almost clesr golden, fizzy white head. Light funk, lemon, mineral, quite some malts, old wood, light sulphur. Almost medium sweet and sour. Medium bodoed with sparkly carbonation. Very good beer, not a really refined geuze but it's very drinkeable.

Bouteille (750ml, bottled 5/18): Hazy, orangey coloured, stable (!) and creamy (!) white head, lively carbonation, moderate sourish nose of lemons, malic acid and cellary aromas; moderate dry sour flavour with a little residual sweetness, nearly medium bodied, sparkling like good champagne; lingering dry and sour finish of lemons and sour apples, supported by a wet cellar. Very complex, very refreshing and satisfying summer drink...

Clear orange beer, big fizzy slightly aery off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: woody, bit metallic, tannins, lemony touch, nice funk going on. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, lemon peel, oranges, more lemon, acidic, dry, bit hoppy, peaches and apricots, little bitter. Aftertaste: nice acidity, lemony, soft bitterness, lots of apricots, bit sourish.

Flaska från Etre. Guldig med vit krona. Lätt och snäll med funk, snäll syra, kärnbeska, äppelskal. Något kortare i smaken, men helt ok bas.

Clear pale yellow beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty funky, bit metallic, wood notes, bit fruity. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, bitter, good lambic, wood notes, nice stuff! Aftertaste: bit fruity, quite some tannins, grapes and grape peel, nice one!

Bottle shared. Very lively beer, slight hazy light yellow holden with fizzy white head. Soft funk, wheat, soft matches, white grapes, champagne, lemon, dry cellar notes. Medium sour, lighr sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with quite some fizzy carbonation.
