KØLF 120620. Deep golden color with a white head. Aroma is yeast, farmhouse, brett. Flavor is yeast, farmhouse, sourness, brett, lemon, grass. Nice beer.

Thanks Shuichi for sharing! Taster showing pale gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows pronounced tart notes of brett and unripe apricot. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with light brett and subtle sweet notes of muscat.

Yesterday. 2019 vintage. Good but a bit “tame” ATM. I do like the very subtle acidity but lacking depth in the acidity it needs much more from the brett. Got a magnum too and have some hopes it’ll develop more depth in the coming years.

On tap at Akkurat. Hazy golden with no head. Citrus, some grapesm funk and oak. Fairly soft and easy to drink. A pleasant one, my first one from till brewery.
