Bottle. Etre. Opened with a loud pop. Looks lively in the bottle, although it’s no gusher. Sits a slightly hazy, lemon gold, with a firm, semi lacing, bright white head. Nose has musty white grape. Some peach and estery plum. Touch of suede and chalky mineral. Taste has a flicker of fruity sweetness, turning dry, and tart, and stone fruit skin bitter. Clean and drinkable. Lightly acidic. Foamy carbonation. Tart and dry finish, with the fruit remaining throughout. Nice.

EB from this Friday. Fresh with balanced acidity, a hint of residual sweetness and plenty of grapes. Not very complex but indeed very tasty. Fingers crossed it doesn’t turn into an acid bomb as it ages.

Corked bottle. Blonde. Grapes, oak and citrus in the aroma. Sour flavor, oaky, with grapes and lemon. Friendly, in spite of the sourness. Not too complex, but quite pleasant.

Lõhna järgi oleks oodanud pigem magusat veinilaadset toodet, aga maitse on päris happeline-hapu, sõnnik, viinarmarjad ja funk. Suht noor tundub, vbla aeg teeks head. Mingi väike häiriv noot on ka. Hetkel on ok, üldine ootus oli märksa kõrgem.

Flaska från Etre Gourmet. Tjusigt rosaröd med ännu tjusigare rosa krona. Lätt och fräsch med ganska snäll bärton. Subtilt så att det inte är supertydligt att det är körsbär - skulle likväl kunnat gissa på mörka druvor eller hallon om jag druckit blint. Lätt kropp, frisk syra, snällt stram, mineral, lite mer mandeltoner när sedimentet åker i glaset. Frisk, lätt och törstsläckande kriek.

Bottle from the interwebs. Cork popped out all by itself....! Gusher which calmed down after a bit. It pours hazy golden amber with a thick, fluffy whippy of a white head. The aroma is musty, damp basement, mouldy, wet hay, leather, citrus peel, rich funk, dust and earth. The taste is firmly dry, puckering and sour upfront, crisp, musty, deep funk, damp mouldy basement, barnyard, touch of tannin, gooseberry, white grape, pomelo and some minerality with a dry and funky. Medium body and big fluffy carbonation. Lovely and funky. Quenching and moreish. Good stuff.

Shared with friends @ Oluf Bagers Gade. Golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with lots of farmyard, and some sulphur, along with hints of citrus and pineapple. Dry and tart flavour with citrus, herbs and white wine.
