Flaska från Etre. Smådisig blekgul med kritvit krona. Lite vitvinstoner i doften med inslag av grape, citronskal, päron, vita druvor, vit persika, funk. Pigg, frisk, torrare kropp. Pigg kolsyra. I smaken lite mer av fläder och citron.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours ruby with small off white head. The aroma is cherry pith and cherry skin. Thin body, tart cherry, light funk, crushable, very nice.

750ml bottle shared @Luppolo Station (Rome). Rosso rubino, intenso, schiuma rosata media. Al naso note citriche, di frutta rossa, stalla, leggero vinoso. In bocca è più simile a una geuze, la ciliegia si sente appena e la chiusura è secca, vinosa. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Deliziosa.

Bottle, bottledate 03 2020, alc 6,2% according to the label. Color: Clear golden, thick stable white head. Aroma: A lot of barnyard funk, moderate tart white berries. Taste: Again a lot of barnyard and horseblanket funk, moderate to over moderate tart, fruity notes of white berries and some lemon, orange peel and grapefruit. Wood notes. Wheat malt background. Moderate fruity bitterness and light sweet. Somewhat more bitterness than most of this kind of beers that I've had. Medium body, below average carbonation. Dry-ish and smooth mouthfeel. Very well balanced and nice complexity, even though this one is still very young.

Thick, stable (!) yellowish head over orange-golden beer; very lively carbonated. Superb citrus-lemony nose, Bretts, horseblanket, horsestable, thick grapeskins. Great wheaty gueuze, mild horseblanket, lemony(rind) hints. Medium bodied, wheatslick, very good carbonation. Superb gueuze! I'm really starting to expect nothing else but topproducts from Lambiek Fabriek.

0.375 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', bottled in March 2018, cellared for almost one-and-a-half years. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sourish, quite fruity and gently funky aroma of lemon, vinegar, oak and some horse blanket. Just slightly sour, rather fruity and gently funky taste of lemon, rhubarb, oak, horse blanket, some vinegar and a touch of apple, followed by a short, gently tart, rather woody-dry and moderately funky finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nicely mellow Gueuze, refreshing and quaffable but lacks the depth of the examples from 3 Fonteinen et al.

Corked bottle. Clear red color. Hint of oak, brett, cherries and a hint of vanilla in the aroma. A firm sourness. Thin, but tasty. Cherries, bretty notes, cherry yoghurt. Nice.
