Bottle, uncorked itself. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is white grapes, juicy, nice balance. Taste is white grapes, mild yoghurt, super juicy and balanced. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Very nice stuff!

What a great beer. So balanced and tasty Hazy pale golden in the glass with a fine head Nice smooth aroma. Fine intensity Very fine and balanced acidity in this one Not to dry either. Pours a clear strawyellow blonde. Medium sized white head fades instantly (yet their natur-elle earlier this week had crazy stability for the style, the 2 couldn't be further appart ) . Scent is strongly mineral, spicy notes from the grapes, that I expected to bring more fruityness, yes, even some sweetness. Lambic funk, with mostly brett and wood. Taste is sharp, tart, a little too tart, which pulls it out of balance. lactic acid as well as Malic acid are very high, acetic acid very low though. Grapes provide a minor florality, higher minerality, and medium fruityness. Strong carbonation. Not particularly fond of this one to be honest. Fruit isn't really blended in well, the lambic is too 'simple' and to sour. Would have been better with more funky, raw lambic with more gentle acidity blended in. Still, it's drinkable though.

Bottle, 750 ml. Shared with Max, Miro B and Cvrle. Red with off white pinkish head. Funk, cherries, medium sourness, some wooden note medium- bodied. Not bad, but 3F is better.

Pours a darker blonde/yellow, with a pillowy, surprisingly stable white head that is much larger than you'd expect from the style. Scent is funky, wood, mineral. Reminding of 3 Fonteinen. Bit more Malic acid perhaps. Taste is sharp, acidic, highly carbonated. Woody, mild funk. malic acid, even some Apple aroma. No noticable acetic acid. Bit of Lactic acid, obviously. Brett, but not overly much. High carbonation, on the virge of too high perhaps. A geuze right in between the more fruity, more fullbodied Boon, and the sharper, more complex 3 Fonteinen, which is a great place to be at. Again perhaps a tad to expensive (if you compare it with others like the ones mentionned) but certainly an enjoyment to drink.

0,75l shared at Sanders birthday, big thanks. Red / bordeaux hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, currant notes, spices, peppery, bit jammy. Nice smell. Full body, soft. Tastes citric, grassy, currant notes, cherry, light wood, funky, jammy . Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of jam, currant and cherry notes. Nice stuff, very good to drink 7,4,8,3,17

Bottle. Enormous thanks Laurent! Murky yellow-orange. Hugely herbal-funky aroma, a bit milky, Smooth bitter citrus juice taste, herbal, light funk, excellent balance. Huge props!

Bottle with the RateBeer Munich tasting group courtesy of Marko, thanks Marko. Had this Thursday 23rd July 2020 at HopDog Muenchen. Hazy gold with a white head, lots of horse blanket, big funky, quite a zappy edge. Lemony, this is good, it's a straight down the middle Gueuze.
