On tap at Valhalla, Zagreb. Purple with pinkish head. Juicy, cherries, medium+ sourness. Moderate carbo. Bit watery. No complexity, but super juicy.

4/XI/20 - 33cl bottle from organic supermarket, shared @ home, BB: +5Y, bottled: 1/III/20 (2020-1025)
Clear deep blond beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice and funky, musty, cellar, good brett notes, wood, herbal, bit lemony, dry, dusty impression, lovely stuff! MF: lively carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lovely, nice soft acidity, lots of funk, good brett, bit peppery, very good. Aftertaste: dry, nice and refreshing acidity, herbal, bit spicy, some lemon juice, very nice geuze!
Paired with home smoked salmon and fresh burrata, lovely combination!

Flaska från Belgiuminabox. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Syrlig och ganska fruktig doft. Stiltypisk men ganska snäll både vad gäller syra, funk, beska och smak. Nästan drickvänlig och törstsläckande. Gröna druvor, ungt vitt vin, citrus, strå. Lite stram avslutning iaf. Gott

75cl bottle (5,5%, bottled 06/2019) from Cora in Brussels. F: big, egg-white, almost good retention! C: shiny gold, hazy. A: woody, sour fruity, gooseberries, bit brett, green berries. T: medium malty base, sour fruit but not too much, gooseberries, bit passion fruits, bit puckering, orange touch, woody, brett, bit lactic, peach, medium carbonation, decent long lasting bitterness along the sourness, very nice balanced and delicious for the style, fully enjoyed.

Poured a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized, frothy white head. Aroma was light sweet malts. Light, funky notes, light peach. Tart, but not sour. Light lemon, pretty tasty. Bottle at the DC area socially distant Fall 2020 tasting.
