Bottle picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker nr Ghent, Belgium and consumed at home, Attenkirchen Saturday 19th October 2019 listening to Craig Charles'Funk and Soul show' on 6 Music. Pours hazy mid gold with a filmy white head. The aroma is classic, nice steady funktasticness. Nice tart, sharpness in the mouth but yet also quite soft, lemony, lovely beer.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color lambic with a large white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky barnyard notes with light green apple acidity is quite enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of funky barnyard notes offset by some light green apple notes with a touch of acidity. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Not the most complex oude gueuze out there but still really enjoyable.

Mooie geur, maar niet zo mals als ik graag heb. Met name citroenzuur, licht melkzuur en een toets azijnzuur. Nasmaak is wat scherp
