Description
Neptune Brewery has been brewing modern beers, inspired by tradition, since 2015. We’re a small but mighty team and proudly independent. Our beers are naturally conditioned and all the “uns” - that’s unfiltered, unpasteurised and unfined - ensuring the greatest flavour in each brew. It also means our beers are vegan friendly as we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy them.

(Cask at Craft Beer Clerkenwell, London, 14 July 2026) Golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, peaches and flowers. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, peaches, grapefruit, lemon peel, grass, white bread and a balanced citric/floral bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.

It had not long turned the afternoon when I ordered this yellow-gold coloured post-breakfast ale. A fair body helps give its sweetish grapefruit citrus flavours an enhanced depth.

MCR July Specials Beer#14. My only Manchester drinking day this month so a sweep of the one-offs. A clear pale golden coloured brew, it's got a little more of the exotic than tropical beyond its aroma, with the Amarillo hops taking hold of the taste here, and a very worthy try for it.

Salacia is the partner of Neptune in mythology. Neptune's partnership here has produced a hazy dank amber coloured sour, which although has plenty of lime is low on sour character. It's not a problem though, despite the aforementioned it's quite pleasant, certainly fruity, with lots of lime in aroma and aftertaste.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 19th May 2026, THE NIGHT THAT ARSENAL WON THE PREMIER LEAGUE ⚽️. Hazy copper with shallow pale tan foam and full lacing. A good malt on the nose, with a few citrus zesty notes. Citrus and orchard fruits rounded by candy maltiness in-mouth, and a rewarding fruity finish, still with a prominent malt line. Engaging mouthfeel and a full body.
