Draught at the Salmon, Leicester. Dark UTI orange, hint of haze. Light aroma of orange peel. Sweet taste, but the sugar doesn't knock you sideways like some fruit ciders (I'm looking at you, Lilley's). Nice light bready notes, like a fruit muffin, and some tagines in the finish. Medium body, uncarbonated. As with many of these ciders, I liked it more than I should have.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of honey, caramel, apple, wood. Taste is sweet, caramel, honeycomb, sugary, apple, with slight tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet honeycomb finish. Quite OK, quite sweet.

Taste is sweet, raspberry ripple, vanilla, custard, with apple and sugary notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet raspberry & vanilla finish. Quite OK

18/7/2024. From BIAB at the 2024 Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is sweet blackberry, stewed apple, sugared Newberry fruits. Quite sweet with light tartness. Light body, watery, soft carbonation. Sweet, drying, cloying finish. Fair.

18/7/2024. From BIAB at the 2024 Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is sweet cherry, marzipan, perfume, flowers, bakewell tart, stewed apple. Medium plus sweetness, slight tart edge. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Drying finish. More interesting than some other SeaCider fruited cider.
