Description
We started Braybrooke in 2017 with just one aim - to make really good lager. Beer doesn’t have to be complicated as long as it’s made in the right way with a commitment to quality. That’s exactly what we’re doing, brewing proper lager in the heart of the English countryside, near Market Harborough.

Black beer, thick foamy head. Smells.of malt and sugar. it's lively. Flavour has toasty malt, a strong chocolatey hit, some brown sugar, a bit of hop, a dash of coffee in the finish. A bit of tangy fruit sweetness too. Rich and a good balance of strong flavours. Very nice.

Bottle. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Light haze on a pale amber colour. Beautifully appointed messy white foam. Oh wow, the aroma here. Sticky grain. Sweaty yeast. Pineapple skin, bizarrely. Taste is sticky sweet, with a yeasty, grassy, oily herb bitterness. Super smooth mouthfeel with fine carbonation. Bitterness on the finish ramps up. Imagine drinking pints of this and ending up happily poorly.
