Admin Note: Formerly known as Wunderkammer Bier and brewed at Hill Farmstead where Vasilios Gletsos was a brewer until January 2020. As his noncompete clause is winding down he has rebranded as Wunderkammer Biermanufaktur. The beer is brewed at a former Vermont dairy barn that has been repurposed.

What kind of lichen is this though? As a lichen connoisseur... Pretty good actually. Tangy orange peel and pepper. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Oak is well done. And sticks and leaves. Bottle thanks to Andy.

Bottle at Parker Pie. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, floral, lemon zest. Medium body, high carb, funky, lemon, light dry finish, very good.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours hazy amber with a small and lacing head. Aroma is mild earthy, wineous and grapes fruity. Sweet, fruity. Lingering juicy. Smooth and lingering wineous. Smooth fruity finish.

Bottle from the Hill. Pours clear golden with a small fizzy off white head that dissipates quickly leaving some residual. Aroma is oak and lemon, pine needles, juniper berries. Flavor is light tart, light funk, herbal, evergreen, oak. Light body, spritzy carbonation. Tasty.

Draught @ MBCC 2018, Red Session
Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, citrus and grapefruit. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long dry, yeasty, citrus and grapefruit finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle shared on Level 42, 07/02/19. Many thanks! A light hazed pale golden pear coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is nice spicy pear, lemon, spritzy citrus, lacto, . Palate is tangy, zesty, moderate carboantion, tart finish. . Flavour is composed fo tart zesty citrus, pear, prickly pear, lime zest, kaffir, . . Lingerign bitter citrus.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Wunderkammer / Casita Cerveceria Vol 5: Del Arboles ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, meat, smoke, herbs - juniper. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, meat, smoke, herbs, juniper. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180512] 6-3-7-3-13

Bottle split at L6, big thanks to New Ken, 07/02/19. Hazed light golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy wood, lemon rind, grass, on the turn melon, wood must. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, funk, wood must, balanced acidity, green berry skins. medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering climax. Decent well balanced and easy drinking sour.
