Hazy, pale. Thin head. The yarrow is pretty pronounced, and there's barrel and brett. Tart, bretty, lots of yarrow, finishes dry, and it ends up having a pretty nice complexity. So a yarrow-forward gruit, more or less?

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral notes, wild yeast, and a little oak. Flavour is quite herbal, with wild yeast, oak, and herbal notes. Quite floral and wild. Good stuff.

Bottle. I think from Healthy Living Market, Burlington, VT. Pale copper colour. Light haze. Fine, off white head. Nose has berry skin. Cinnamon. Vinous oak. Some sweet grain. Taste is tart and vinous, in a bit of an Oude bruin kind of way. Light body. Fairly acidic and vinous. Soft carbonation. Tart and vinous finish.

Bottle. Healthy Living Market, Burlington, Vermont. Light haze on a lemon gold. Thin, dense, lasting, bright white head. Nose has papaya fruit. Ripe mango. Hibiscus. Lemony brett. Vanilla. Orange rind. Smells great. Taste is sweet and sour in equal measure. Pretty juicy and a little tart on the palate. Medium body. Foamy carbonation. Tart and juicy bitterness to finish. Nice one.

Medium amber color. Frothy white head. Funky yeasty nose with peaches, oak and freshly baked bread. Medium body, very tart doesn’t come across as a Vienna lager. Very low bitterness. Semi dry. Still the yeast really dominates. Interesting

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from HF. Pours subtly hazed yellow-good with a fluffy, white head. Lightly sweet with soft flowery notes, some citric tartness, modest acidity, background funk, tangerine. Light bodied with fine to carbonation. Clean finish, quenching, more tangerine, lemon, grass, dandelion. Good fun.

Bottle shared with Nellser in London - picked up in VT. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Pronounced dry brett funk character, mellow lemon zest, pale wood, touches of grass, dried wheat, cellar mustiness. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Quite dry in the finish, some relaxed citrus, melon, tangerine, lemon rind, flaked wheat, lingering clean funk. Lots of fun.
