0.5l bottle from REWE Farnhammer Tittling. As Hofmark Weisse, 5.3%, but with a BIO sign. Hazy golden body, off-white head, Yeasty, caramelly, wheaty aroma. Lean taste, sweetish, soft, caramelly, some gum, some vanilla, mildly funky. Okay, middle of the road.

Hazy amber with a foamy head. Straightforward banana aroma with yeasty undertones. Taste is mildly sweet most of the way through with a touch of mineral bitterness at the back. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, a bit oily. Simple in the end, but not unpleasant.

Brown with a creamy, light beige head. Dark chocolate aroma. Toffee. Almost floral undertones. Taste is very mildly toasted bitter. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Straightforward. Decent.

Bottle picked up from local supermarket in Lam, Bayerisch Wald. Had this at home Sunday 8th September 2024. Pours mid gold with a very slight haze, mid sized white head. Middling maltiness, some sweetness a little grainy, fine.

500 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a fluffy head. Honey, grassy, grainy, malty, resinous, herbal. Dull bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium nodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter grainy sweet finish. A very basic Zwickelbier, rather boring and dull.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Degenhart - Markt, Waldkirchen and consumed at home Sunday 11th February 2024 after nipping into Schönberg and watching Fasching/Karneval. Pours yellow/orange with a huge white head, nice wheaty tang, nice mouthfeel, little buzz across the tongue. Banana and clove but very subtle. Good.
