0.5 l bottle 'Craftbeershop.com', best before April 2026. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently floral and a bit fruity aroma of grains, some honey and a touch of lemon peel. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently floral and a little fruity taste of grains, honey, some vanilla and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very pleasant, but also rather sweet Bock, not overly complex but quite saturating.

33 cl bottle.Somewhere in Kochel am See. Pale golden color. Good balance between sweet and biterness.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, dense, firm, frothy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, snow white head. Minimally starchy, sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale malty, and minimally fruity hoppy aroma, a touch of yellow stone fruit and mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty, mildly bitter and minimally fruity hoppy, a touch of mandarine and yellow stone fruit.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, not overly aromatic - OK.

Poured an orangey color with mild head. Taste and aroma is malts. A pretty decent bock, nothing new but well done enough.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, redd-ish, dark amber colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, sulphureous head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, notes of malt lozenge, a touch of dried fruit, honey overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally nutty, caramel malty and mildly bitter hoppy, minimalyl yeasty fruity, hints of malt lozenge, a touch of toffee, dried fruit.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, well balanced, relatively "dunkler" Heller Bock - very nice.

"Reutberger Kloster-Hell", Flasche von der Getränketanke, Kochel am See. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase recht kernige fruchtige Herbe, breitflächige Zitrusfrucht und etwas Fruchtgummi, eingebettet in solides, zart toastiges helles Malz mit Anklängen an Butter und Waldhonig. - Antrunk satt hellmalzig, trotz leiser Honignote erfreulich wenig süß und von solider orangenfruchtiger und herbaler Hopfung dominiert. Milder rezent, eher vollmundig, tief. Im Abgang sortentypisch milde doch aromatische Herbe. - Stattliches, von solider Hopfung geprägtes aber keineswegs zu bitteres Helles. Sehr schön. (21.4.2025.)

Sweetish-malty, a bit fruity-floral aroma of caramel, honey, some nuts and hints of sultanas. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, minimally fruity-floral taste of caramel, honey, toasted nuts and a touch of sultanas, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very pleasant Bock, quite harmonious and well-balanced.

Sweetish-malty, gently fruity-floral and rather yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, pear, honey and clove. Quite sweet, malty, quite fruity-floral and fairly yeasty-spicy taste of banana, pear, clove, some honeydew and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Really good Weizen, almost resembles a Bock.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before May 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral and moderately grassy-spicy aroma of lemon peel, grains and some fresh grass. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, some lemon peel and a touch of white pepper, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very solid Pils with subtle aromatic hopping and a certain dryness.
