On tap at pFriem, pours a clear pale golden with a large white head. Aroma contains notes of floral hops, grass, and pear. Flavour is extremely dry, bringing out notes of spicy hops, grass, a little floral quality, and very dry pears. Extremely dry, hoppy and spicy, without any hint of residual sugar, just how I like my tripels. Excellent stuff.

On tap at pFriem, pours an opaque murky orangey blonde with a large off-white head. Aroma brings out notes of hempy hops, hay, floral notes and doughy biscuity malts. Flavour contains notes of hemp and herbal hops, loads of wheat, and doughy malts. Very fresh and wheaty, leaving a herbal and hempy hop note. Very well-balanced and refreshing. Excellent stuff.

On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out notes of grass, spicy notes and biscuity notes. Flavour brings out notes of grass and spicy hops, with crisp biscuity malts in the back. Is this cascade or saaz hops? Very dry and crisp, with a lingering astringency. Great stuff.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, grassy hops, and some dry biscuity malt to back. Flavour brings out loads of Belgian yeast, lots of floral hops, and just enough biscuity malt to back. More Belgian-centric than IPA-centric. Very well-designed, but needs more of the IPA. Good stuff.
