On tap at Saraveza's Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a deep dark amber / near-black with a medium beige head. Aroma of earthy notes, dank barnyard notes, leather and toasted malts - fantastic aroma. Flavour brings out strong earthy barnyard notes, pungent citrus hops and dry crusty rye bread. Incredible depth, with a dry palate, full of dank barnyard earthiness and considerable hoppiness. For a style I don't normally like at all, this is amazing. Phenomenal.

On tap at Saraveza's Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon zest, loads of dry grassy hops and barnyard funk - smells incredible. Flavour brings out dry grassy hops, citrus zest and loads of funk. Super pungent and flavourful, just a smidgeon less potent and orgasmic than the Super Saison. Highly drinkable. Impeccably crafted - awesome stuff! 9 4 9 4 19 The subsequent batch of this I had (full growler) was a lot less overwhelming. Not as pungent, nor sophisticated. Still highly drinkable. I'll keep my rating based on the initial batch of this.

On tap at Urban Family Public House, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of dry barnyard, grassy hops, floral hops and rustic notes - quite potent. Flavour is exquisite; featuring potent dry grassy hops, some barnyard notes, floral hops and super dry biscuity malts. Leaves a very dry hoppy grassiness to it. So much depth to the flavour profile. At 9.5%, this is dangerously highly drinkable. A fucking amazing saison - the best I've come across at the time of this review. EDIT: While the first batch was phenomenal, I've had several subsequent glasses of this from the second batch and it was quite off the mark. Still a solid saison, but in no way seems like the same beer. What happened? I'll keep my rating a reflection of the first beer.
