Translucent blonde, nice cap of white head. Nose has grain and grass, yeast and definitely something vegetal. Flavor is fairly balanced though, grass and grain, a little lemon and some non traditional yeast character that screams farm made. Clean finish. Easy. 6 4 6 4 12

Bottle. Brown color with tan head. Aroma is brown sugar, milk chocolate, syrupy. Taste is brown sugar, milk chocolate, unfermented, some spice of the spelt. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Meh.
