bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo torbido, al naso e in bocca è fruttata lieve citrica malto lieviti uva note erbacee, corpo leggero, lieve acidula, carbonatazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato, secca nel finale. Non male, una birra fresca che va giù bene. 03.01.19

bottiglia 75 cl, grazie Luca, schiuma fine bianca pannosa media persistenza, colore oro velato, al naso agrumi frutta tropicale, in bocca caramello leggero maracuja agrumi, leggero acidula, corpo rotondo, carbonazione leggera, oily, amaro deciso lungo nel finale. Una birra fresca. Non male 25.12.18

Tap at Solothurner Biertage. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is soapy, chocolate, tar, ash. Body is heavy and brutally roasted, ashy and tary. Railroad tracks. Really extreme, by still some IPA left. Good, yet too extreme to drink much of it.

Tap at Solothurner Biertage. Pours darkest brown. Aroma is cherries, wood, dried dark fruit, dust, old. Body is medium, quite sour but not offensive, low carbonation, strong roast notes. Still fruit too, working out rather well. Not well enough to drink a lot of it, though. A glass works well and that's quite something for a dark sour. Good.

330ml bottle from Drinks of the World, Bern. Way over-carbonated.. took a few slow pours and a lot of patience before I could get a proper glass full. Misty gold in appearance. Aroma is floral, herbal. Taste is similarly floral, herbal, grassy, some citrus, light bitterness. So so.
