33cl Fles van Il Fermento, Lugano. Mistig oranje-amber kleur, witte kraag. Geur van bittere citrusvruchten, gist, licht bloemig, smaak is behoorlijk bitter, bijna herbaal, citrusschil, licht bloemig, sinaasappelmarmelade. Lichte body. Degelijk, niet geweldig.

Op tap bij Il Fermento, Lugano. Mistig goudgeel bier, witte kraag. Fruitig, harsig, grapefruit, bloemig, oldskool, bitter. Medium body. Lekker.

Medium, dark cream to greige head over almost black beer. Cake, vanilla, fruitcake, vanilla, Sachertorte, vanilla, double cream, vanilla... Much less vanilla in the taste, thankfully. Dry stout, roast, ashes, black chocolate. Raspberry - because I know, blind might be difficult to identify, but (red) fruity certainly. Full bodied, not too chewy but ultra slick; medium carbonation. Nose is too perfumed; rest is just right. Thanks to Joren for bringing!

Bottle at Il Fermento, Lugano. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- peanut butter, pickles, apricot. FLAVOR- just slightly sweet, a bit sour, slightly bitter, a bit warming, apricot, herbs, peanuts, sour apple... Fuller bodied. Wow, interesting.

Taster at Il Fermento. Cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA-liqueur, sour cherry, caramel, chocolate, slight touch of coffee. FLAVOR-neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, warming, the same as aroma. Fuller bodied. Tasty.
