Bottle pour at Shelton Brothers. Big wild strawberry nose with some light barnyard and mineral notes. Clean strawberry flavor with nice acidity. Bottle thanks to SilverFalcon. Pours hazy golden, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is light overall, but really herbal, floral, spruce and juniper notes, lemon. Flavor is light tart, mineral water, herbal and lemon notes, a bit of oakiness. Medium body, low carbonation. I was not excited by this initially, but it turned out to be really interesting and grew on me. Thumbs up.
