Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is spicy, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters, bergamot, tea, and, coriander.

Can date obscured, all I can see is the 2022. Drunk 5/18/23 at R34 Cambridge. Clear, pale lemon-cucumber. Medium-sized, snow white head, good retention. Brett is big and heavily lime-tinged. Mineral, band aid, good acidity with rustic, crackery malts. Wow, super spicy, like absolutely cucumber-forward. Pepper, soft Brett, lime sherbet but not acidic. Soft, white bread and honey malts are substantial but well-attenuated. Crisp, more cucumber-based finish. This is one hell of a flagship pale ale, if this indeed their flagship pale ale. Clean, high mineral, Brett, spice, cucumber.

Row 34 draught, 5/16/23. Dark. Light tan head quickly to ring. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, espresso. Lots of roast, lots of licorice. Creamy roast. This is the creamiest, softest, heavily roasted stout I've ever had. Not sure how I feel about this. The texture is insane but wish we had more base malt and less hard bakers chocolate flavor. Still, this is some soft, mineraly shit, roast or no roast.

Tap. Black with a modest but lasting tan head. Roasty aroma with mocha, brine, some liquorice. Full, smooth body. Rich but not all that sweet - a lick of caramel with the mocha. Some iodine. Bitterness nags through. Good, great texture.

Another flower brew for this evening. Copper gold. Nose is florals and some vanilla. Tastes of yeast, vanilla and florals. Some booze is present. Lighter palate for style.

Small can Saturday night. Cloudy yellow and a finger of soapy head. Nose is earthy florals touch of oranges. Tastes of strong dandelion, earthy, vegetal, tangerines, hint of white grapes, and old barn.

Florals--marigold to be precise. A little clove. Golden pour with decent head. Some booze. Potpourri finish. Balance could be better for a tripel. Tap at Sovereign.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Straw, hot caramel and banana bread aromas. Crisp with banana nut bread and hot treacle upfront turning to earthy tropical fruit skin in the medium length finish.

Pint can from Appalachian. Must be seasonal, because I've totally missed picking this one up before. Pint glass @home. Clear, if slightly jellied medium-light gold. Sticky & lingering, frothy, white-washed head that settles into a cultured mass. Not a super obvious nose when it's cold. Some bitter, over-steeped green tea & flaky bread ideas as you get into it. Bready, soft baked & pleasantly woods-y bitter. The jasmine comes in mid to end & is soft & definitely not over-steeped. Crispy, thin, ever slightly oily, feels stronger than 5.2 & plenty dry. Pretty good.
