16 oz can from a four pack picked up at Stoup, Kenmore. Always enjoy seeing fresh hop season go beyond just IPAs, and this one is a solid alternative to that usual. Crisp taste. Cracker grains nose with a grassy hop character as well. Really easy drinking with impressionable grassy hops. Expected a more citrus like note out of this hop profile, but this belonged the way it is, I'd say. Probably wouldn't have recognized this as a fresh hop in a blind, but I can't rate this based on that. I'll rate it based on it being a solid pils all around.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Stoup, Kenmore. Sampled on draft, and had to bring the four pack home. This is incredible. Perfect showcase for Citra, in the westiest west coast possible. Clean and clear golden pour. Thin head and sticky lacing. Wonderful grassy and citrus hop heavy nose, fresh, and reminds me of brewing day. Well balanced citrus hops, biscuit grains, crisp and cool. Balanced flavor hangs on well into the palate. This might be near the ceiling for the style. I love everything about this.

Draft pour enjoyed at Stoup, Kenmore. Bright glowing haze, lots of mousse foam head and lacing. Citrus heavy aroma. Flavor has a citrus cool front, with a biting bitter follow. A touch of hop burn, but not enough to bug me. Refreshing citrus constant. Fun hop bill to discover here. A bit unusual to see a hazy from these guys, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Draft pour pint at Stoup, Kenmore. Clean and bright golden appearance, plenty of foam head and lacing. Lively carb, cool piney and dank hop nose. Crisp feel up front, balanced cracker grains and grassy, forest piney hops. Mild bitter linger. Finishes again on that crisp note that keeps this glass full for only a few precious moments. Overall a badass IPA, being fresh hop or not. This is how it's done.

On tap at Stoup, pours a deep dark reddish brown/black with a medium tan head. Aroma has plenty of medium roast, some cocoa and plenty of woody hops. Flavour is dominated by intense roasted malt, robust woody hops, and a touch of dry bready malt. Woody, roasted and well-balanced. Excellent.

On tap at Stoup, pours a cloudy peachy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of hopburn, earthy hops, and bready malt. Flavour is murky as hell, with sludgy chalkiness and not many other redeeming qualities. Too sludgy and chalky. Not good.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of dank hops, with resinous hops, some pine, and bready malt. Flavour is much the same, with piney and resinous hops, huge dankness, and just enough biscuity malt backbone. Excellent balance and expression of the fresh hop.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some unfermented wort, straw and bready malt. Flavour has unfermented wort, straw, and bready malt. There's not much allium here, just a lot of grassiness. It's alright.
