On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small frothy white head. The aroma is yeast and clove. Thin mouthfeel with a citrus and wheat flavor with light dry finish. A decent Belgian ale from Deep Ellum.

On tap at Petrol Station. Pours a very dark brown with small off white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is fruity malt and rye. Medium mouthfeel with a caramel malt and lingering dry finish. A good Baltic porter from Deep Ellum.

On tap at both BTBF and a few samples at Deep Ellum. Started off great, but the more samples (2 or 3) I drank at the after party, the more I wanted to get the Rye Pils or IPA instead. Pours with a near black, chocolate looking body with a tan head that lasts. Aromas are of chocolate, vanilla, cocoa, cola, molasses, chewy, earthy, light dark fruits. Flavors are of licorice, leather, earthy, currants, light chlorine. Medium bodied, mildly boozy.

On tap at a bunch of different places. Many ounces consumed. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a lasting white head. Aromas are spicy, herbal, nice noble hop character (seems kind of like tettanger if I had to guess). Nice bready malt profile. Very clean yeast wise. Flavors are herbal, spicy hops, bready and full malt profile with a bitter and dry finish. Very clean and crisp. Dry and clean with medium carbonation and a somewhat thin body. Lasting bitterness.

On tap, many different times, many ounces consumed. Seems to be on tap pretty much everywhere in Dallas (a good thing). Pours a hazed yellow-golden hue with a lasting white head that leaves great lace. Aromas are of citrus, pine, esters, orange, pear, really floral, mildly bready, very light caramel or honey malt character. Flavors are of canned peaches, soft yet floral stone fruit, tropical fruit, grassy and somewhat juicy hops. Light bitterness balances. Mild malt. Medium bodied and dry with good carbonation. A great TX IPA!

Bottle via a trade with ericandersnavy. Pours with a black body and a large tan head. Aromas are of medium roast, earthy, tobacco, cocoa nubs, cherry, dark fruit, vanilla, clean yeast wise. Flavors are of vanilla, cocoa, earthy, cherry skins, tannins, nice toasted malt component, candied cherries, dusty and clean. Medium bubbles, somewhat dry for what I expected, medium alcohol presence.
