500ml bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy dark brown, almost black colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, yeast, nutty. The flavour is light liqourice bitter, with a light roasty, ashtray, nutty, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Poor and mildly infected too.

500ml bottle from the brewery. The aroma is gluey malt, paint stripper, floral hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a yeasty, generally unpleasant, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this brewery right now but almost all of their beers that I have drunk over the last couple of weeks have been a massive disappointment.

500ml bottle fresh from the brewery, best before June 2021. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is roasty malt, medicinal floral. The flavour is sour, with a yeasty, medicinal infected palate. Awful. Undrinkable. Poured it down the drain. Bottle stored correctly and carefully poured.

330ml bottle from the brewery. Poured a murky reddish amber colour with a big, lasting, fizzy off-white head. The aroma is yeast and big cherries. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a light, crisp, yeasty, mineral, red berry fruit palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Drinkable, but rough around the edges and won’t win any awards.
