Poured from the tap. Mostly clear copper brown with off white head. Mild caramel malt with very light beech smoke. Fairly simple.

Bright golden-amber. No head though. Nose has mellow beech smoke. And a touch of caramelly malt. On the palate, the malts are still a bit sticky, still a bit of fruitiness but if course i still like the beech.

Bright, gold, medium head. Bit of acetaldehyde on the nose, with a vaguely vinous h blanc note. Similar palate...not as refined as I'd prefer.

On cask at GCBF 2016, pours a hazy dark amber with a creamy beige head. Aroma brings out subdued bourbon, then the kelp follows, and a touch of toasted caramel. Flavour is very odd, with the kelp upfront intruding on everything, followed by bourbon and caramel. The kelp is too disturbing here. Not good.

Draft - Light roast and dark chocolate with toasted coconut. Dark brown with a decent light brown head. Lots of coconut and light chocolate. Long finish. Tons of coconut notes.
