Cloudy blond color with generous head. The aroma is a bit yeasty and lemony. The mouthfeel is quite dry, good for the high level of acidity, strong lacto and lemon flavor, zesty; juicy.
Interesting, refreshing, satisfying.

On tap at Swans Hotel, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank citra hops and lacto notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of lacto, and lovely floral dry hopping. Really well-balanced, with a great balance of the hops and kettle souring.

On tap at Swans Hotel, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out coriander spicing upfront, followed by citrus and wheat. Flavour brings out lots of citrus upfront and spicy coriander. Nice mix of flavours. Well-constructed and more interesting for the style.

On tap at Swans Hotel, pours a clear copper with a small creamy beige head. Aroma is pretty mellow, with light bready English malt. Flavour is dry, with English bready malt and earthy notes. Pretty lame stuff. Meh.

On tap at Swans Hotel, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light floral hopping and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite floral and soapy in the hop department, with soft biscuity malt. Floral finish with a soft palate. Solid.
