Huge, fluffy white head that is long lasting. Body is dark yellow and murky with lots of particles. The nose is moderately spicy with notes of clove and coriander, lightly hoppy with notes of flowers and lemon, and lightly malty with notes of grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Moderately acidic. Medium body and smooth mouthfeel despite the active carbonation. The spice in this beer made it taste like something between a golden or a wit and a tripel.

Bottle at KØ07. Very nice appearance, very dark brown, mahogany colour. Very small light brown head. Weak, roasted aroma. The flavour has an estery fruitiness, moderate but noticable. OK malt flavour, but quite common. Weak, thin finish.

Malty, fruity and flavorful. Very nice dubbel. Appealing cloudy dark brown pour with big off-white head. Lots of malts in the aroma — caramel, raisin and plum. Notes of dark chocolate and a little licorice. Flavor is mostly sweet and lightly acidic. Very slight bitterness. Medium body, watery texture followed by some stickiness. Lively carbonation. Alcohol shows up at the end.

Dark reddish colour with beige head.Aroma of plums and dry fruit also a note of oranges and other spices.Smooth mouth feels even with strong alc.Really nice beer.

Bottle at the Hopdevil in Zagreb After the lovely tripel, I expected a lot from this. It poured a dark red-black colour with a medium to big thick off-white head. The nose is faint. Too faint, which is even more disappointing because it’s actually quite nice, malty, fruity, somewhat vinuous. Shame you really have to concentrate to catch it. The taste retains some of the characteristics of the nose. Like the fact that it’s too faint for it’s own good. Caramel, malt, some metal, regurgitated coffee with cocoa sprinkled in, weak hopiness and weak alcohol. Not bad, but failed to impress me. Needs a lot more body. I’m not a particularly big fan of the style but this did nothing to gain it more respect from me. Sure, the subtle flavours are sometimes nice, but if some sublety is all it has...

Bottle at the Hopdevil in Zagreb. Poured a fine golden body ruptured in the middle by a huge and very lively stream of carbonation, with a big thick white head that went away at a medium pace. A fine subtle Belgian nose, yeasty spiciness, lemon a bit of banana, some hop. Nice. The taste isn’t all that flashy but is very well balanced and pleasant and creamy. Banana, lemon, yeast, malt, dry hoppy bitterness that lingers long into the aftertaste, Pleasant, refreshing and relatively hoppy (for a tripel). I like it a lot.

Bottled. Orange colour with big creamy white head. Aroma is huge fruityness and some yeast & hops also. Flavour is fruity, yeasty and also shows slight notes of alcohol. Very rich carbonation.

Pour is a blond with a big white head and lots of floaties. Aroma is creamy and vanilla with some yeast. Flavor is also very nice. Lots of big citrus and fruityness with some yeast and vanilla again. Sour apple flavor is strongest but this is a good thing as the tartness blanaces out the slight sweetness. Alcohol is nowhere to be found but I know its in there. Looks good, smells good and is very tasty.

Pour is a brown with a large tan head. Aroma is wine like with notes of cherry and wheat. Flavor is apple and raisons with some chocolate and spice. It reminds me of a chocolate covered strawberry. Sweet but and underllying tartness. Very tasty and worth the price.
