Dark colour, giant head. Classic roasted malt aroma, subtile, fresh. Sweet, good malt, cookies. Ordinary palate, the bitterness comes out after a while, and so the caramel. Pleasant sweet stout, missing a stronger hop character.

Red ale. Aroma not noticeable. At first impression it's malty and sweet, then, slowly, the bitter palate takes its place.
