Bottle from Tavour. Pours clear dark brown with a creamy beige head. Aroma is toast with some dark fruit and a yeast/spice/banana note. Med plus body. Flavor is toast with definite yeast/spice/banana and definitely some dark prune/plum fruit. Not really dry. Moderately bitter. Excessively delicious.

2024 but too lazy to make a vintage. Thick thick figs and dried fruit. Glorious thick booziness.

So much vanilla and whiskey notes, oaky sweet toffee deliciousness.

Copper barleywine packing all the flavor! Vanilla caramel galore.

Black barleywine comes out a lot, but mellows out midway to a delicious medley. Dat roast upfront, sweet thick finish.

Super pumpkin nose, mellow pumpkin notes flavor wise, light barleywine flavors, solid pumpkin thang! Just the opposite season 😅

Way too smooth for the ABV, dangerous delicious #bil.figs and raisins on the nose, brown sugar flavor all over plus gorgeous barrel notes.

Bottle from the brewery - dark purple, pours looking still - nose of raisin, fig, treacle, plum, whiskey, brined cherries - slight carbonation in the mouth, but mostly slick - flavor is very sweet, with tamarind, plum, fig, caramelized sugars - oak, port wine, and warming bourbon late, along with spicy Belgian yeast character - long, warming finish - very port like on the tail end, which I dig - nice.

Bottle from the brewery - lightly hazy dark amber - nose is doughy, with a fair amount of buttery diacetyl character - body is watery - flavor is thin and oxidized - buttery diacetyl swallows up underlying flavors of banana, cherry - watery, alcoholic finish - honestly pretty bad, and presentation of flaws from this brewery - I'm actually kind of surprised they let this go to market.
