On the more stout-like end of the spectrum for the style - medium dry and fairly roasty, with quite a bit of char and a light woody note - mild bittersweet chocolate notes and a touch of mineral through the middle - moderate woody hops. - a bit thin - okay.

Pretty much a Belgian IPA here - very dry, with a firm, crackery malt base - high hop bitterness and light fruity notes - high hop profile is complimented by moderate peppery phenols - some rustic, earthy quality through the middle - flinty finish, with lingering bitterness - definitely the standout of the ones I tried today.

Hazy straw pour - flavors and aromas of tangy citrus and mango - a little sweet, but with a lot of dusty, earthy notes and some very unclean, messy, spicy phenols - kind of peppery and harsh - spicy and slightly bitter finish - rough - needs a lot of work.

Not all that wit-like - more like a straight up Belgian pale, if only for the fact that the expected spices are not really evident in the aroma or flavor - also a fair bit cleaner, without the yeastiness - some peppery phenols and notes of lemon and lemongrass - lightly wheaty finish - a slight starchiness on the tail end - liked it at first, but wound up just finding it okay.
