(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2012) Pale yellow colour with no head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of apples, pears, old cheese and a touch of hay. Fruity, slightly tart taste with green apples, pears, grass and a fairly light acidity in the finish. Almost full body, quite dry. Quite refreshing and nice.
