650 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with moderate head. Aromas of fruit candy, light funk/brett, and bready malts. Flavors of sharp resin, green bananas, and marmalade. Bitter finish. Seems like a hoppy Saison.

Very pale, massive head. Lots of mosaic and orange. Sweetish front, a bit yeasty and some hop fruitiness.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy dark-ish orange with a medium off-white head. Nose brings out resinous hops, light caramel, light apples and a touch of wheat. Flavour brings out dry resinous hops, medium caramel malts, and a little apple. Very well-balanced and cohesive. Hoppy, malty and not sweet. Very nice stuff.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 600th Menu Party
Cloudy Cloudy amber color, creamy head. The aroma is lightly yeasty, with light fruity esters. Good body strength; fairly sweet, with decent yeast character, and nice fruity touch; not the funky Brett, but there is a bit of astringent character too.
Clumsy but good.

Cloudy dark purple color. Medium aroma of dark berries (blackberry syrup…), milder than but similar to a fruit wine. Good body strength, it’s quite aggressively lemony, moderately sour, with a mild but nice berry component; I wish the body were fuller in the end, maybe a bit sweeter, and with deeper flavor. The final is a bit weak, hence.
But it’s a very good fruit sour beer.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small off-white head. Nose brings out notes of caramel, Belgian yeast, and bready toffee. Flavour is less scotch-y than most of the style - the Belgian yeast profile must be changing it. Notes of candied caramel along with bready malt showcase here. Not the most elegant beer but it's decent.

Cloudy amber color poured with no head. Light aroma of malt and caramel. The mouthfeel is round, the body is weaker than expected; malt and caramel flavor, timid, hint of smoke, light astringency in the final, and that could be the only sign of Belgian yeast; also a bit nutty in the final.
Simple, they could do something better with the malts, but not bad.

Cloudy dark blond color with medium sized compact head, good retention. Mild vegetable aroma; the flavor is slightly more vegetable and minty, the mouth feel is smooth, not too dry; rather strong hopping, but it seems to clash with the yeast; eventually, it doesn’t provide the hop quality, nor the Brett one.
Clumsy, not very pleasant.
