Murky orange-golden color with medium sized head. An interesting beer, loaded with bitter oranges and other citrus fruits, but the Brett comes with its harsh character characters that doesn’t blend very well with the fruits. Good components but clashing a bit. Bold beer, anyway.

Cloudy, darker shade of blond, with compact head. Delicate fruity aroma, peaches, with a hint of spices and jasmine flowers. Good body strength, smooth mouthfeel, moderately sweet; the flavor too is nicely fruity, yellow stone fruits, soaked white bread, light coriander; correct bitterness, although it has a bit of vegetables in the end.
Not aggressive, not farmhouse, not Saison, just a very good beer in the North American style.

Draft - Farmhouse notes and citrus peel witha. Touch of yeast banana. Clearish gold with a nice white head. Funky, banana and some bitter peel. Not bad.

500 ml bottle. Pours a dark garnet red/purple with very little head. Aromas of blackcurrents, cedar, and vegetables. Flavors of tart jammy blackcurrants, salal, and oak. Very interesting. Certainly no hint of the ABV.

Draft - Vanilla, coffee and chocolate. Cloudy gold with a decent white head, coffee, vanilla, chocolate and some marzipan. A interesting dessert beer for sure. Well executed, just a touch artificial, but in this style in BC this is a first and it is pretty good.

On tap. Pours black with moderate head. Aromas of coffee and dark berries. Flavors of sour dark berries, roasted barley, and black coffee with a good vinous backdrop. Interesting.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with lightish head. Aromas of lemons, apples and yeast. Flavors of yellow apples, sweetened lemons, light banana, and white pepper. Pretty simple but clean and easy to drink.

Bottle - Black current jam. Deep purple with with a small head. Dark Berry, light tartness, little acidity and a dry finish. More like a dark berry fruit juice. Something is missing and can’t put my finger on it.

375mL bottle, pours an opaque purple-ish dark mahogany with a small pink head. Nose is sure complex, with red wine notes (from the port), currants, and medium tartness. Flavour is quite pithy, with red currants, dry red grape skins, and a dry earthiness. Dry, earthy, and vinous. Not terribly complex, but quite decent. Seems a bit off the mark, but it's a good attempt.
