Cask at Hopoxia 2014
Cloudy compact head. Delicate fruity aroma, light balsamic, berry compote. Strong bready component, mild Bretts, a bit of residual sweetness, mildly tart, gently fruity.
Nice experiment.

Bottle - Brett and tart citrus. Hazy yellow with a thin head. Peach, milk and a very slight tartness. Although not as tart as I like, the fruity peach is very nice.

Draft - Light citrus and a bit of grain. Hazy yellow with a decent head. Bright, light lemon citrus and a very light refreshing bitterness. Great session beer.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear piss yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very weak, with rice and hay. Flavour is smooth and light, with notes of rice, grassy hops, and a nice crisp bite. Pretty light and unassuming, but well-made. Decent stuff.

Slightly nefiltrovane straw with a thin head. Aroma bursts with blackberry hops, fresh pale malts, and a bit of noble herbaceousness. Sweet clean pale malts, earthy bitterness that lingers. Dry, herbal, the hop just grows on the palate. Pale malts are fresh, and the yeast adds just a dash of subtlety and softness. Really nice - a standout New World pilsner.

Dark mahogany colour, not much head but it looks good anyway with that colour. Molasses aroma, taste is a bit molasses and caramelly dark malts. Simple character, not a ton of complexity, decent malt character and basic body.

Golden w thick head. Very tropical...like a trip to Homestead with mangoes and other bright tropical fruits, a bit of bitterness...bit of overripe character and the malts, while pale, are getting a bit thick fir genuine enjoyment.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Cloudy, orangey yellow with white head. Wheaty aroma with a little bit of banana. The banana comes out in the taste. The flavour starts good, but just kinda dissipates in the mouth and leaves a bland finish.

10oz

Hazy pale blond color with small head. The aroma is light and anonymous. The mouthfeel is dry, a bit weak; simple flavor, but with a light crispy touch; for this light bodied beer, the bitterness level is correct; bitter oranges? Not found.
Summer beer; simple but no flaws.

Cloudy amber color, unexpected, with small creamy head. the aroma is dull of esters. Smooth, with a good body, moderately sweet, with nice touch of ripe banana, very mild spiciness; correct bitterness. Good.
But did I get the Weizenbock?
