On tap at Moon Under Water, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lemon and plenty of lacto. Flavour is yogurty, with subdued lemon and plenty of lacto. Light and fluffy, but not much depth. Okay.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright orange with a large white head. Aroma is very champagne-like, with lots of champagne-like effervescence, lots of oak, and plum pur�e. Flavour is very champagne-like, with lots of plum pur�e, oak, and champagne. High carbonation, which works very well to accentuate the oak and champagne-like effervescence.
