500mL bottle, pours a dark rusted red with a large, but rapidly diminishing, white head. Nose brings out some Cheerios on the nose (THP off-flavour), tart berries, and diminished port—but the Cheerios are too prominent. Flavour is a mix of THP/Cheerios, moderately tart cherries, and subtle wine barrels. The alcohol is felt but isn't too impeding. The THP is clearly not optimal, but it's also not offensive. Pleasant stuff but needs some cleaning up.

650 ml bottle. Pours a deep copper color with light head. Aromas of vegetal Brett, oak, apricot, and wheaty malts. Flavors of old oak, port barrel, spice (maybe the coriander), sharp wheat, berries and dried stoned fruit. Alcohol coming through as cleaning fluid. Odd

On tap at St Augustine's, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle cinnamon, tart blueberry skins, and some sweetness. Flavour is tart and gently sweet, with cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar and tart blueberry. There's some gentle lacto and a touch of acidity that is nicely situated. Very nice.

On tap at St Augustine's, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is laid back, with gentle piney hops, moderate bitterness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and nicely bitter, with lots of bitter piney hops, some pine cones, and crisp biscuity malt. Seems more like an IPA to me with the bitterness. Very good.

Cloudy. Lots of lactose - this is really sweet. There's passionfruit flavour but no tartness from it. so maybe a syrup. A bit of hop bitterness but the overall impression is still too much sweetness from that lactose.

Pale, slight haze, no head though. The aroma is quite a bit yeastier than it should be. The lemon is muted...so not really getting the character I'd expect from a dessert sour. On the palate it's got that bit of lacto, it's lemony. The vanilla shows a touch. So it's going in that dessert sour direction, but clearly the intent is that it's still a beer-first character, and the dessert works in that context. I am not sure it's the tastiest approach, but I appreciate it.

Blonde, slight haze. Medium head. Whacky cedar nose, wheaty, sweet up front with a fun/funky cedar note, and a grainy accent. Could probably use a bit of the tartness some of their other gruits have, but it’s fun. Reminds me of those tree beers from Illinois.
