Deep orange color, small white head. Hoppy, grapefruity, fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Grapefruity, peachy, a bit alcoholic IPA. Nice brew, better than Emelisse’s own IPAs :)

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Rubyish amber colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, toffee, quite sweet alcohol as some very sweet fruity and floral hops. Flavour is sweet malts, some alcohol, fruity and floral hops, mild toffee and also some rather grassy hops towards the finish. Quite much burning alcohol and riped fruits in the aftertaste.

Thanks to bierkoning. Deep ruby color, small beige head, some lace. Sweet berryish, bready, dark malty aroma. Medium to full-bodied. Alcoholic front. Flavor is also a bit berryish, but has strong licorice, rye bread with salty finish. Strong warming alcohol in the aftertaste. Quite well-brewed extra strong bock.

Bottle. Pours a hazy brown with a slight orange hue and a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet grains, caramel, candied sugar and sweet fruits. Flavor starts with very sweet grains and candied sugar with a bit of backing alcohol. A bit too sweet for my liking.

Courtesy of bierkoning, thanks Edo! Hazy amber color, good off-white head, lots of floating yeast. Sticky berryish-fruity hoppy nose. Full-bodied. Berryish, sweetish American hoppy flavor. Lots of grapefruit, strawberries, pine. Bitter aftertaste. Quite alcoholic finish. Heavy stuff.

Bottle. Pours black with a thin brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of of espresso notes with some roasted malts, a bit of sweet chocolate and a somewhat strong alcohol backbone. Flavor starts with espresso that mellows in to more of a roasted malt flavor with a bit of sweet dark grains. There is a decent amount of alcohol underlying on the tongue.
