33 cL bottle. Pours hazy deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is slight metallic and caramelish. Dark malty and caramelish. Wooden and roasted. Smooth and caramelish. Ends dry and bitter.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is dark malty and overripe fruity, caramelish too. Sweet caramelish, slight breadish and light roasted. Lingering fruity and caramelish into a smooth fruity and caramelish finish

From tap. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild grassy and hoppy fruity. Fruity, mellow yeasty and slight phenolic. Bitter and dry hoppy finish. Extremely hoppy. Lingering fruity into the far finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a huge, creamy and tan head. Aroma is crisp and strong hoppy fruity. Fruity, hoppy and distinct hoppy. Light yeasty. Mellow phenolic and bone dry hoppy. Dense fruity and solid hoppy finish.

Bottle. Hazy amber beer, little white head. Rich toffee malt. A little alcohol spice almost turning to heat. Some mild hop in the semi dry finish. Like this - could be even better with a little age.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy golden orange colour, dense white head. Aroma of soft sweet fruity malts, caramel, grassy hops. Flavour is light sweet, caramel, fruity, firm but still smooth grassy hop bitter finish. Medium bodied, soft mouthfeel. Good.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is dark malty, toffee and roasted caramelish. Lingering dark malty and fruity. Mild acidic and fruity. Mild bitter and slight citric. Bitter and dry roasted to vague smoked malty finish.

Bottled @ BBF ’10. Bit hazy brown color, short head. Bit malty aroma. Soft malty taste. Bit sweet, bit bitter. Just soft coffee and smoke notes.

Tap @ BBF ’10. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of grassy hop. Slight yeasty taste. Bottled version: bit dusty aroma together with grapefruit and grassy notes. Good strong bitter taste. Taste better than aroma.
