Description
At Hop City, we create beer that inspires the curious, and fuels the restless.

We embrace the journey as much as you do. We take risks, make wrong turns, and just go for it.

For us, it’s about believing in curiosity. Because even though it may have killed the cat, before he died, that cat probably had a pretty good time.

Pours a pretty filtered golden-amber colour with a big, off-white cap, fluffy, very long lasting with nice lacing. Hoppy aromas well-blended grasses with some light Belgian Ale yeast, hints of caramel malt base with some nice spices. Flavours of grassy leaves with some mild roasted malts, burnt wood and earthy notes. Not my type of Saison, but I must say this is quite an interesting one. Quite impressed coming from this brewery. If you like hoppier Saison, you will like this.

This IPA poured a slightly cloudy colour with a rocky, off white head. Not bad lacing. Scents include bread, gravy and candy? First swig was a little thin but flavourful. Tastes of malt, dough and hops. Finish is medium bitter with malt goodness lingering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This Pils poured a cloudy medium yellow colour with a rocky, white head. Little but nice lacing. Scents include corn, old books and malts. First swig was smooth and a little watery with nice hop flavours and always that flavour of corn. Finish is mildly bitter with malts lingering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
