Hazy amber pour, big offwhite head. Great hoppy aroma, loads of butterscotch and caramel malts. Kick ass lingering sweet bitterness. The carb is low but perfect, and the mouthfeel is just a tas viscous. This is so smooth and easy drinking its very dangerous, great barley wine!

Jet black with a huge mocha head. Dark burnt malts, licorice, smoke, and soy. Palate is a bit watery and seems thin. Great roasty finish and a medium bitterness. Good but not mindblowing. Pretty tasty.

Nice eqrthy hops in the nose, with a sloghtly tart, fresh berry aroma.
Light bitterness, the fruit seems to cut the hops. And the earthiness mingles well with the tart berries. Interesting, but it works!

Cloudy golden pour, frothy white head. Aroma of yeast, pineapple, loads of citrus, and fresh cut grass. Good carb, and the palate is spot on. The finish is quite malty, with lots of grains and cereals. The hops and fruit fall right off, and it ends in a hefe life blast of yeast. Weird.

Jet black pour, small mocha head.
Great sweet roasted almost burnt malt aroma, with some nice coffee, and cocoa notes. Soft carb, very full mouthfeel, super nice on the palate. The finish is high on the bitterness, and the sweetness is very welcome and compliments great. Solid cocoa, espresso notes in the finish, with a touch of brown sugar. Great stout.

Earthy hops, sloght spice, the hops are quite weak, just alot of herbs, with a slight touch of pine. Carb, and mouthfeel are fine. Light bitter finish, more earthiness, needs a big C hop blast.

Typical Quebec style amber. Big on the caramel malts, and little on hop aroma. You can tell the. Hops are there, because there is quite a bitterness in the finish, but aromaticaly, they are nowhere to be found. The caramel malts arnt too obtrusive, or cloying, just a nice backbone without turning off your palate. A decent amber, but nothing special.

Hazy yellow pour, small white head.
Slight aroma of banana, soft cloves, and quite a bit of yeast and wheat. The malted wheat really takes over. The carb was solid, same for the mouthfeel. The finish was light on the bitterness, but in the end it was quite sweet.

Can 0.473l, our last one straight from the brewpub. Almost three years aged. Seems clear, very dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, charcoal, tar, alcohol. FLAVOR- velvety and creamy, slightly sweet, moderately bitter, slight roasty sourness, moderately warming, roasted, charcoal, prunes, earthy. Fuller to full bodied. Very good.
