Les Brasseurs du Temps c’est une micro-brasserie, un restaurant et un musée de la bière. Situé à Gatineau dans le secteur Hull, nous produisons la bière sur place à partir d’ingrédients de qualité supérieure. Les BDT c’est une destination gourmande, culturelle et sociale, et surtout une ambiance comme on en a toujours rêvé!

Hazy brown pour, small offwhite head.
Big sugary, bready, yeasty, sherry, and boozy malt aroma with some soapy, pine hops. Almost flat carb, and a super oily viscous mouthfeel.
The finish was very bitter, and boozy. Some light caramels mingle with the hot alcohol, and the soapy pine hops finish it off.

Jet black pour, medium brown head.
Aromas of burnt malts, soy, and pine from the hops. There is definitlely some herbs in here, im getting some licorice i’m assuming is anise, and even some slight lemony corriander. Soft carb, heavy mouthfeel, to be expected.
Medium bitter finish, grassy, medicinal, herby finish, with some slight roast.

Light pumpkin, light spice, light everything. Kinda boring, alcohol is well hidden quite easy drinking. Light bitterness, quite a bit of sweet malts in the finish. Meh, pretty boring.

Hazy orange pour with a huge beige head. Tart, tangy wheat nose. Pungent hops andsome light fruit. Good carb and good mouthfeel. Light pepperiness, but a bitter finish. A very bitter ia like finish. Some more light fruit and a touch of funk. It was pretty bang on or the style util the crazy bitter finsh. Decent. ( my bottle says 8.5%)

Cloudy dark brown, mocha head. Whoa, loads of caramel in this one! Light banana, good amounts of roasted wheat. Huge caramel flavors, brown sugar and a light toastiness throughout! Nice stuff!

Cloudy dark brown, big white head. Big sweet malty, bready aroma. Loads of sweet dark fruits, some light smoky peat, and some roast. Good carb and solid moouthfeel. Great example of the style, i really liked it.

Golden pour, huge head, good lacing. Quite a bit of pine, and citrus. Lots of resins and an incredible bitterness. The alcohol is well hidden, but seems to add a light pepperiness that mingles with the pine.

Copper pour, small off white head.
Big earthy hop aroma, but unmistakenly uk hops. Solid caramel malts, even some sweet toffee. Solid carb and mouthfeel. The finish was a little lighter than expected in the bitterness depeartment, and the sweet toffee, caramel malts take over.

Huge aroma of chocolate orange, fruit cake, plums and candi sugar. Quite malty, medium bitter finish with a load more fruit. Great stuff!

Jet black with a huge mocha head. Dark burnt malts, licorice, smoke, and soy. Palate is a bit watery and seems thin. Great roasty finish and a medium bitterness. Good but not mindblowing. Pretty tasty.
