Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Chilled well down because it’s 33° at 6pm ffs. Clear pale gold. Slim fairly dense lasting white foam. Nose has cereal. Leaf mulch. Not a ton else really. Taste has some cereal sweetness with a moderate leafy bitterness. Drinks fine. Moderate bitter finish. Ok enough but doesn’t pull any trees up.

Had this at Wolferstetter Keller in the company of Jonas and Ursula Sunday 18th May 2025. Pours clear gold with a white head, soft mouthfeel, I don't pick up the non alcoholic taint as much as Loz but yeah it's there. Light fruity, busy carbonation, fine.

Bottle at Gasthof Wolferstetter, Vilshofen. Somewhat neutral nose. Clear golden, fine sparkles. Medium light dusty grainy base, herbal hops. A bit of a did. The Festbier has a lot more character.

500 ml bottle from Edeka in Passau, Germany. Pours a crystal clear lighter gold color with a white head and good retention. Good lacing. Bready malt aroma. Likewise, bready and malty flavor, lightly sweet. Clean and smooth, yet not quite as smooth as the other German Helles lagers I've had. Still very respectable and enjoyable. Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness.

Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Deggendorf and consumed Sunday 22nd December 2024 listening to Deadletter - Hysterical Strength. Pours reddish brown, virtually clear, looks pretty good but the head is determined to just immediately disappear every time I top it up. Taste is toffee, a little fruity tang but overall experience is a little bit forgettable, ok.
