Bottle, 5.5%. Rough aroma, hint of chalk. Clear golden colour, small white head. The flavour is quite sweet for a lager, hint of fruity aroma hops. Slightly dusty.

Bottle (kindly delivered by Jonas !): Clear, deep golden coloured, yellowish, slowly diminishing, lacy head; dense pale-malty nose with a distinctive touch of band-aid or "medical" hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; medical-herbal traces in the malty, slightly bitter finish. Not bad, a bit too close to a pharmacy.......

(bottle) Almost clear, golden colour with a medium-sized, slightly yellowish frothy head. Light-sweet, strawy malty nose with dms and shy hoppy notes. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft on carbon. Strawy malty taste with very subtle fruity notes; slightly sweet and minimal bitter finish. Quite unspectacular but somewhat pleasant to drink (01.04.08).

Bottle. Spicy, metallic, a bit cowlike aroma. Golden, low carbonation and head. Straw malt, a bit nuts/almods, mellow sugary. A bit sticky chewy mouthfeel. Metallic retronasal.

Bottle: Amber coloured, mid-sized, quite stable off-white head, strong sweet fruity (dark dried berries) and dark-malty to caramelly nose; smooth MF, quite strong sweet flavour, combined with a light bitterness; traces of medical hops in the sweet-fruity and malty finish. A goody, not too sweet and well balanced........ Thanks to joss for this gem ! German sample #2000........

Bottle (thanx to joss!): Amber coloured, quite stable off-white head, caramelly-fruity nose with the faintest coffeeish tinge; mild sweetish flavour; short caramelly-malty finish with the lightest bitterness in the aftertaste. A pleasant Dunkel, not overwhelming...........

Bottle (by kind permission of joss !) Hazy, amber coloured, yeasty-wheaty nose with a sourish clovey touch, quite stable small foamy layer; moderate sweet fruity-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly acidic finish with a touch of yeast. O.K., not earth-shaking........

Bottle. Rich berry, molassis and caramel in the nose. Dark chestnut, champagne bubbles, low creamy brown head. Solid berry and dark sugar entry, caramel notes carry over to a aromatic hoppy counterpoint. Medium to full body, light sparkly mouthfeel. Sugary, but not cloying aftertaste. Now this is a good Doppelbock!

Bottle. Cloudy amber, off-white creamy head. Banana and sourdough aroma. Bready/grainy base flavor - the light body lets minerally and clayish notes shine through. Light on the fruit notes - a hint banana and vanilla retronasal. Salty finish. Fairly fresh, could do with a bit more pronounced flavor.
