[Thanks to kevnic2008]. Bottle. HAzy brown colour with a white head, good lasting. Aroma is light sweet with wheat and banana notes, some caramel. Flavor is wheaty, with a good maltiness, creamy, light sweet with fruity notes. The final is slightly bittery with citrus notes. Creamy and smooth on palate.

500ml bottle. Clear dark amber colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly grainy and strawy aroma, only very cautiously malty for a Doppelbock. Taste is moderately sweet malty, malt lozenge, rock sugar, malt spicyness, cautious dry hoppy counterweight. Taste is OK, deficiencies concerning aroma and head.
