Das Bier hat eine leicht trübe goldgelbe Farbe und eine ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hopfig, getreidig malzig, dezent grasig bitter. Geschmack sehr hopfig, grasig bitter, schöne Malzigkeit.

*Old rating, best before 07.10.06. Mild-weiches, toll fruchtiges Hefeweizen. Nicht so vollmundig wie das "normale", aber immer noch intensiv, frisch-süffig, Banane, etwas Nelke. Süffig und toll!

Bottle. Amber with a decent, white, head. Sharp, citrus, edge with plenty of yeast character and an easy finish. Uncomplicated drinking on a sweltering Munich evening.

Bamberg jolly Day1 24/01/2014. Bottle shared in Colin’s room. Bright copper / amber coloured pour with a halo off white head. Aroma is composed of cereals, raisin. Flavour is sweet, caramel and raisin, unrefined sugars. Slightly too sweet.
