Bottle shared by a group of men in Colin’s hotel room during the Bamberg Jolly of 2014. Pours clear, rich gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds ripe fruits, berries, faint toffee. Medium to big sweet flavor, with heavy fruits, toffee, fruitcake. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish, sticky, with lots of ripe fruits. Hefty, solid.

500ml Bottle - Copper red in colour. Grain, raisins and cereal in the aroma. Malty, fruity and slightly sweet taste with raisins, caramel and rye bread detected.

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, moderately wheaty aroma with fruity accents of banana and citrus, as well as sades of caramel, clovy spice and alcohol. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, medium bodied with a mildly spritzy carbonation. Present wheat character with traces of caramel and a touch of alcohol-soaked fruits and shy clovy phenols; moderately sweet, delicately bitter-tart and fruity finish, again with present alcoholic notes. Likeable, not great. 20.IX.15

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly syrupy malty and slightly wheaty aroma with notes of banana, cooked carrots and a mineralic touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly sticky malt character with little wheaty notes, hints of banana, baby carrots and shy phenolic spices; moderately sweet and slim finish. 20.IX.15

Draught (Dachsbräu, Weilheim) - Hazy amber with a white head. Banana, toffee, lemon and cloves in the aroma. Refreshing and tangy taste with banana bread and toffee standing out.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Grain, lemon and bread in the aroma. Smooth and easy to drink taste with lemon, lime leaves and doughy bread. Refreshing.

Klares bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch karamellig, dezent süß, gering schokoladig, nussig. Geschmack angenehm dezent schokoladig, süß malzig, Karamell, im Abgang leicht hopfig bitter, lecker!
