Description

Small white head over initially golden beer, later hazy. End of bottle solid yeast. Spicy nose, dry spices, dry malts. Not very inspiring. Bitter, tea - yes, but not jasmintea. Chalk, grapefruit, watercolour paint. Light to medium bodied, wheatslickness, good carbonation. Not bad, but a bit plain, uninspiring. Good point, however, is that there is no coriander to detect. Thanks to Stef!

Very fine UFO's in a cloudy lemonjuice-like beer, with a huge, fluffy white head, lacey. Spicy nose, classic spicy hops, but also some aroma as from cumin, currypowder. Citrus and chamomille. Yeast is not only visible. Lightly sourish and dry-spicy. Finish has some faraway maltsweetness, petering out to dry cardboard. Citrussy hops, but not really imposing. Light body, with a slickness that, combined with the acidity, would have made me guess witbier fully blinded - and despite the absence of the infernal weed. Better than the sum of its parts, and wààày better than most wits.

Niesamowicie wielka naturalna piana, barwa brudna, mocno zmetniona, pachnie przyprawami, jakimis ziolami, pieczone ciasto nieco szarlotki doprawionej cynamonem. Dziwny witbier ale dobry

Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of sweet malts, caramel, dried plums, roastiness. Taste is medium sweet, malty with lots of herbal bitterness, roasty and hoppy. Not very well balanced.
