Described as Blond Grand Cru. Lot 0320. Murky pale brown colour with thin soapy head. Aroma is super yeasty. Almost no carbonation. Sweet apples and malts. Tastes stronger than 6% too.

Bottle shared. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Smell and taste malts, lemon-ish, moderately bitter. Very well done, I like it and Tessy does too.

Small cream-coloured head over foxy dark orange beer. Bit sourish nose, pickles, fruit chutney, coloured malts. Harsh bitterness, horse chestnut, acorns, tannines. Again coloured malts, but no acetic notes in the taste. Spiced orangezeste. Slight astringency. At least medium bodied, very slick, medium carbonation. Weird. REALLY weird. But somehow, not bad. Mo tichkes, wa ed'ier gedoên?

On tap at Gist, Bruxelles. Cloudy pale yellow with large white head. Yeasty, too carbonated, bit spicy, herbal, weird, bitter finish, hard to drink. Something went wrong here.

Bottle 330ml (Pub Tuulensuu). Clear copper colour, tiny beige head. Harsh grassy malty aroma, maybe some alcohol. Light to medium-bodied. Caramel, some fruits, light grassy hops. Mellow, maybe slightly old.

Bouteille 75cl, anno 2017.
Couleur orange profond, voile léger, col fin blanc tenace.
Arôme est plaisant avec un un bouquet de lambic assez prenant et de suite en rétro de fines notes plus maltées/céréales, notes fines de barrique, cave, fruité oscillant sur un parfum agrumes léger et baies.
Palais est complexe avec de suite une bonne épaisseur de bouche venant de cette triple, le tout est nettement sublimé par l'ajout de lambic et le vieillissement en fût pendant un an - on y verra ici, plus la marque de Cantillon que de Stoemeling, idem sur la version Tilquin. Retrouve un fruité plaisant qui accompagne le caractère acidulé du lambic - ici, un peu chair de pêche et qcq agrumes accompagnées d'un léger fleuri et un fini citrique qui est assez plaisant et balancé par la base de triple.
