Deep purple with a frothy pink head and a mellow black cherry aroma. Creamy with a fruity flavour, minimal sourness, comes across a little thin despite its creaminess. Watery flavour, not much oomph.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of pine, grapefruit and tropical fruits, a faint hint of tomcat, but not disturbing. Equally pleasant and refreshing flavour, notes of pine needles, citrus and tropical fruits, not too sweet. Moderate bitterness. Another good beer from Polly's Brew.
