[ As Hermitage Single HOP Series - Hallertau Blanc ].Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, hops. Draft at Tied House. A downer to end the flight. Kind of flat, kind of weak. IIPA? Hardly. Clear golden, bright, small head. Barely there aroma, band aid. Taste also kind of medicinal, hops and malts, but seem to be fighting each other. No "topia" about this. A mess.

650ml bottle. Cloudy, copper-ish, amber colour with average, thick, creamy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity, slightly citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon peel, white grapes, a touch of woodruff. Taste is bitter and fruity hoppy with a herbal touch, notes of white grapes, hints of old lemon peel, some woodruff, solid, slightly sweet, caramel malty backbone.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. Pours clear golden amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma has a good rather than powerful level of hop, caramel, and light tropical fruit. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium bodied, rich and sticky texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyed this.

375 from Bottle Barn. Pours dark ruddy plummy purple with a transient pinkish head. Aroma is sort of blood orange zest. Med body. Flavor is moderately tartly sour with definite blood orange flavor. Very tasty.

375 from Bottle Barn. Pours hazy pink/peach with a slight whitish head. Moderate sour strawberry aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is moderately smooth sour with noticeable strawberry and rhubarb. A bit astringents. Tasty.

Bomber from Bottle Barn. Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is tropical, fruit, floral. Med body at least. Flavor is delicious tropical fruit and floral with some evergreen following. It’s pretty dry and pretty bitter. Good stuff.

Bottle from Sacramento Whole Foods. Pours a red berry color with a transient pinkish head. Aroma of acidic/tart red berry. Med body. Flavor is very blackberry; it’s pretty tart. There’s malt, but it doesn’t really interfere with the berry. Good "sour".
